pumpkincarnivalI'm so angry and upset about what Photobucket has done. I kept checking and for a long time, my pictures all still worked... but not anymore. A day or two ago, they were broken too, just like millions of pages across the internet. I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I really don't want to upload everything to Imgur because it will take so long, but I don't want to lose my progress on what I've been doing. I'm thinking I may only bother to upload the Rocca pictures, and just let the other ones go. And probably redo the 100 baby challenge failure too.
Most of the other ones aren't going to be updated anymore anyway. I lost my Laverty files somehow. (Still sad about it.) I lost my expansions legacy files too. I don't know whether or not I have the vampire save from Sims 2. I could probably get going with the Gavigans again, but I haven't been in the mood to play them - if I ever am, I'll know where to start. I am in the process of downloading all of the pictures from Photobucket, so I'll have them if I ever do want to do anything with them.
One big blow is that Photobucket made it really easy for me to do the Rocca updates. I have a template text document saved where I just have to update the numbers on the files: http://i683.photobucket.com/albums/vv194/PumpkinCarnival/Rocca/1-1/Rocca110001.png is the link to the first picture of the legacy. I just have to do cntrl + F and change 1-1 to and 1.1 to the current number, and then save the template document with the new name, and then it's ready to go. It's very simple, and I'm lazy, so that saves a lot of time and makes it very easy for me. Imgur helpfully scrambles the pictures you upload, which is good from a security point of view, but bad from a "I'm really lazy" point of view.
So, whatever. I don't even know. :(
